How to Order

Please send your order from the website order form or just send your order by email. Upon receipt, Nucleus will confirm the price, availability and freight costs before promptly dispatching the goods. Please ensure that you include your contact details so that we may contact you for this purpose.

Delivery

Orders received by 2PM AEST should be shipped that day. 

Freight

We use Australia Post or Couriers Please. Please advise if you need express delivery. For Express within Australia we use next day (to capital cities) delivery services of Express Post.  All parcel deliveries and services include a tracking number facility and we automatically send the tracking no on the invoice to you by email when we ship.

Normal mail or courier delivery charges

Melbourne : $13.00 plus GST

Australia-Wide: $13.00 (small parcels) to $18.00 (medium size parcels) to $25.00 (large parcels). plus GST

International orders:

International freight (airmail) ranges from $27.00 (up to 0.5 kg) to $42.00 (up to 2 kg).
Express (E.M.S.) courier services, including tracking and clearing, charge double the airmail prices above.

How to Pay

Credit Card:
For your convenience Nucleus accepts, Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, EFTPOS and Diners Club.
Note, your credit card will not be charged until goods are ready to be shipped to you. We accept credit card details by telephone or on the order itself or by email which you should send by breaking up information into 2 emails. NEVER HAVE THE CVV NUMBER IN PRINT FOR US AS IT IS A SECURITY RISK

PayPal: This can result in more paper work than credit card so it may lead to delay in sending goods.

For payment through PayPal, pay the PayPal invoice to accounts@nucleuscomputer.com.au 

7-day Account: Credit accounts must be arranged before order and are strictly 7 days.

Credit Card Security

Nucleus takes all reasonable precautions for the security of credit card details and ensure that all details received by Nucleus are used only for the purchase for which the credit card details are supplied for. Nucleus and any member of staff or representative thereof disclaim any liability for any breach ascertained through the supply of credit card details. We believe it is very unlikely that any outside person will ever see your details as it has never happened before and we do not keep the credit card details on any computer file and we destroy the paper copies. If security is still a concern you can pay by PayPal using your credit card but only when we have confirmed that the goods are ready to ship and the pricing is correct or preferably you may choose to alternatively supply your credit card details by phone or fax or even send numbers in 2 halves in emails.

Updates and Warranties

Nucleus offers:

• free software updates (where applicable)
• free repair or replace or refund policy for warranty returns
• full technical support for all products purchased from Nucleus
• 3 months warranty on second hand products
• 12 months or manufactures warranty on new products

Wholesale and Quantity Purchasing

Wholesale pricing is available for resellers and quantity pricing is available for end-users.
