HSP (High Speed Programming) Adapter Product Features
Product Description The HSP adapters were designed to program the high density memory devices in extremely high speed (16Mbits in 10 seconds!!). It sits on top of Multi-APRO programming module and covers the device packages diversity by the use of Socket Boards which fit on top of the HSP adapters. There are two ways to duplicate EPROM/FLASH Memory on the new HSP adapters: Copy from a Master device (Copy Mode): There are two sockets on each HSP adapters (to be more specific, on the Socket Board)- one for the Master device, the other for Blank Slave device. It takes the programmer only 0.6 second to duplicate one Meg. Flash Memory from the Master to the Slave. Therefore, it takes only 4.8 seconds to program an 8 Meg. Flash Memory which is 20 times faster than the competitions. With a Multi-APRO module and the HSP adapter, you are able to save the programming time over 95%. Copy from the Data in the RAM (RAM Mode): You can choose to download the data from PC or Read the Master device to the RAM. Then, the system programs the data in the RAM to the blank device. It takes the programming system 2 seconds to program one Meg. of Flash Memory. The programming time for the RAM Mode is longer than the previous Copy Mode because of the additional overhead of accessing the data in the RAM.
What you need to do To use the HSP adapters, current Multi-APRO users simply: (1) Purchase the HSP adapter. (2) Purchase the intended socket boards for specific package type. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
